By accessing or using Snipara ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Snipara.
Snipara provides context optimization as a service for Large Language Model (LLM) users. We index your documentation and return optimized, relevant context for your queries. We do not run LLM inference - you use your own LLM provider.
Our service processes your documentation to create searchable indexes and embeddings, enabling efficient retrieval of relevant content within token budget constraints.

Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you are an EU consumer, you may have additional rights under consumer protection laws, including a 14-day withdrawal right for new subscriptions.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for:

The Snipara service, including its software, algorithms, design, documentation, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by us and protected by Swiss and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our service without prior written permission.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will delete Your Content within 30 days, except as required by law for compliance purposes.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a prominent notice in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
For EU consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your right to rely on mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in your country of residence, or to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any issues within 30 days.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Snipara regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
